I sought an internship for this summer (2008) because I was a little tired of making next to nothing. Ericsson has an R&D facility just north of Pittsburgh and was kind enough to put me to work for the summer. It's my third day, and I'm enjoying it.... well, the work I enjoy, but the whole 8-5 thing is a bummer. Yet, being the fourth internship in my life, I knew what I was committing to.
The work will be a good experience. It's everything else involved in working that I'm going to have fun commenting on this summer.
